This is not open-source software. It is licensed, not sold.

1. Evaluation. You may download this software and install it on one server to evaluate
   it for up to 30 days. You may not use it to provide a service to anyone else during
   evaluation.

2. Licensed use. After evaluation, or to provide file storage to customers, you need a
   licence key issued by JotNotes for each installation, and you must keep it current.
   A licence lets you run the software and sell accounts on it to your own customers,
   under your own brand, for as long as the licence is valid.

3. What you may not do. Unless JotNotes agrees in writing, you may not:
   a. copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the software, except
      configuration it is designed to accept;
   b. sell, license, sublicense, rent, lend or redistribute the software itself;
   c. remove, disable, bypass or tamper with the licence check, the licence key, or any
      notice of ownership;
   d. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except where the law
      allows it despite this restriction;
   e. use the software, or knowledge gained from it, to build a competing product.

4. Your customers' files. Nothing in this licence gives JotNotes any right to the files
   you or your customers store. If a licence lapses, the software stops creating new
   accounts and accepting new uploads; files already stored continue to be available.

5. No warranty. The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the
   extent the law allows, JotNotes is not liable for any loss arising from its use.

6. Termination. This licence ends automatically if you break it. On termination you must
   stop using the software, except to let your customers retrieve their files.

7. Law. This licence is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
